  2. Your data shall be processed in order to answer the given question and further correspondence. The procession shall be lawful on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the controller (art. 6 par. 1 l. f GDPR) which is giving answer the given question and further correspondence.
  3. Your data shall be storage for the time mandatory to provide answer(s) to the given question(s). Afterwards, it shall be deleted.
  4. You have access to your data and you can rectify them, delete them, confine the scope of processing, claim the transmit of the data, object the processing, withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which took place before the withdrawal.
  5. You have a right to submit a complain to the President of the Data Protection office.
  6. You data shall be transferred to the third parties which process data by the order of the Controller (e.g. IT companies).
  7. You data may be transferred to the third country (USA) due to transfer of data to the parties which process data by order of the Controller (e.g. IT companies). Your data shall be protected properly due to the fact that European Commission confirmed the relevant standard of protection in DECISIONS COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield (notified under document C(2016) 4176).
